Check In/Out - Check In is between the hours of 3:30 and 7:00 pm. If you cannot arrive during that time period, please call us to make sure there is someone here to greet you. Check Out is 11:00 am.
Minimum Stay - There is a minimum stay requirement during certain special event weekends. We will inform you of whether your stay has a minimum stay requirement upon your reserving the room(s).
Smoking is permitted outside on the porch only and will be strictly inforced for safety reasons.
Pets and Children - We regret that our Cottage is not suitable for young children or pets, however, we know of a good pet sitter for your pets.
Cancellation Policy - A 50% deposit (100% for a single night reservation) is required at the time of booking. Your deposit is refundable, less a $30 cancellation fee per room, providing notice of cancellation is received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival date (30-day notice required for special event weekends and holidays). Notification must be made by telephone or in person. Reservations made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Early departure falls within the cancellation policy.
Rates
Each of our rooms share the same rates as follows:
Sunday - Thursday: $155 plus tax
Friday - Saturday: $165 plus tax
Special Event Weekends and Holidays: $175 plus tax
Corporate - $105.00 plus tax (includes a continental breakfast)
Payment Options
Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards welcome as well as cash and personal checks. We do not accept rebate cards such as mileage plus or airline miles.
