Serendipity Cottage Bed & Breakfast will happily host tea parties for small or large groups Monday through Saturday anytime from 1:00 to 4:00.

Advance reservations are required.

We host full teas, cream teas, dessert teas, quiche teas, bunco and card party teas, little princess teas, Mommy & Me teas, bridal and baby shower teas, just to name a few. Be creative! If you have a great idea…we can work with you to make your tea extra special!

How do I reserve a tea?

For small teas, please give us at least 48 hours advance notice. For large teas (more than 8 people) a notice of at least a week will be necessary to plan. For large teas a $50 deposit will hold your date and time. We require a 48 hour cancellation without loss of your deposit.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, local checks and all major credit cards. Payment in full is expected at the end of your tea. Tea prices do not include sales tax OR gratuity.

When should I confirm the total count of guests at my tea?

Please confirm at least 72 hours before your tea. We realize you may have guests that cannot attend at the last minute, however, we must plan the amount of food and the table arrangements prior to your tea. You will be charged for the number of guests confirmed, whether they attend the tea or not.

What time should we arrive for the tea?

Ten minutes prior to the tea is plenty of time.
